I met Maureen through Newcomer's Club. Because she was in her wheelchair, I always made a point of talking with her and bringing her something to drink, etc. Then occasionally we met at the mall. I also called her occasionally or sent her a card saying I was thinking of her. The last time we spoke she was telling me of her going to Vanderbuilt I thinkfor a heart transplant. She was always so upbeat with a smile on her face. She was a very fine lady and we all shall miss her.

Dear Bob & Family
Just wanted to extend my sincere sympathy. Maureen was a good friend
and we will really miss her at our reunion. I know she was really looking forward to it in Sept but it wasn't in God's plan for her. We have lots of happy memories of her & she sure was loyal to St. John's.
